For choirs that want to work with digital scores end to end: the concert program is planned, carried onto the stage in the right order, and stays findable afterwards with its setlist and recordings.
Concerts and projects are created with a date, location, description, and setlist. A concert only appears for members and in the calendar once it is published – until then the planning stays internal. Past concerts move into the archive instead of disappearing.

A program is more than a list of pieces: the order is set explicitly, a piece can appear more than once, and breaks or announcements get their own place in the run of show. What stands on the device matches how the concert actually runs.
Concert Mode opens the program in its set order in a focused score view for PDF and MusicXML. The next item stays within reach, so nobody has to go back to the piece list. Fullscreen and screen wake lock are used where the device supports them.

Whatever was written into the PDF score with pen and highlighter during the rehearsal period stays visible in Concert Mode. The markings belong only to that member and to exactly that score revision – nobody else sees them, not even the choir leader.

Churches and concert halls are rarely known for their Wi-Fi. So a complete concert program can be prepared for Offline Mode in advance – with scores, MusicXML, playbacks, mixer tracks, and personal markings. Storage stays separated by account and choir and can be cleared at any time.

Recordings can be uploaded to a concert or linked externally. The setlist and recordings then stay available in the concert archive. Former members or supporters can be given access as restricted guests – time-limited, and without access to the practice area.
